Think toothpaste made especially for dogs is just one more marketing ploy?Actually, it’s not. “People” toothpaste produces too much foam and can even make a dog sick to her stomach. Besides, doggie toothpaste cleans canine teeth more effectively. It’s okay to use a people toothbrush for a dog, though, as long as it has soft bristles.

認為狗應使用專用的牙膏只是一種行銷策略嗎？其實，並不是這樣的。人所使用的牙膏會產生太多的泡沫，甚至會讓狗生病傷及牠們的胃。除此之外，小狗專用的牙膏能夠使得狗狗的牙齒清理更有效。若是使用人的牙刷來刷狗是沒問題的，只要牙刷是軟的刷頭。
